As I wrote about a month ago, I have finally been introduced to Mother Ayahuasca. A brother of mine organized a weekend retreat on the Quebec, Ontario border. I smoked dmt for like the 30th or more time two days ago I did some very pure amazing stuff better than I have ever had, but some very weird stuff happened in the trip. After spending the day resting and getting to know my new soul family of people who just yesterday I feared even conversing with, it was time for the second ceremony. By this point the rituals that initiated the journey were just a natural occurence, as if I had witnessed them performed hundreds of times. I am a recovering alcoholic who will be 3 years sober in January. As a teenager I experienced much trauma that made me reach for alcohol at a young age to block it out whilst it was happening, and to forget when it wasn't. Some time ago when I was working through various pharmauasca methods I decided to try out Syrian Rue with my DMT. Now I had tried several other methods with less than stellar results, so when it came to this one I ignored the tek instructions which stated to grind and boil 1 gram on syrian rue. My "shaman" is a friend of mine. A middle-aged dude from Brooklyn, NY who used to be a part of a ceremonial ayahuasca church in Hawaii.
We both agreed that the medicine was the teacher, not the shaman. We also both agreed that it should be taken seriously, but not TOO goddamn seriously. Well, i guess there always comes a time when medicine let's you know how small and insignificant you truly are. Just to remind you that orally taken deemz needs to be respected and not taken lightly. All other ceremonies we have made, were good and very spiritual. This time we decided to take little extra. We had two bottles, one with Harmala and other pure mimosa/acacia in higher concentration.

The second time I drank ayahuasca it was the same dose, and I was back in my living room. This time my wife was with me from the start. The last week on saturday I've tried psilohuasca with 3 g of peganum harmala and 2g of dried cubensis.

So I had the weirdest experience about an hour ago.
Just returned from an ayahuasca retreat (3 days, led by shamans from Columbia in a dome-shaped temple). I managed to absolutely overcome fears and had the most beautiful experience ever.
Today two friends came over to smoke DMT for the first time. Both of them atheist, rather far from spirituality. This of course changed after their trip and now they are questioning basics of reality (as we expected... haha )

So Ive brewed tea once previously. This time I went syrian rue and mimosa route. This is approximately a month ago. I had been voyaging for approx. four hours when I exclaimed, "I am completely down!" Shortly after I touched down from hyperspace I realized I had fallen into an LSD level visual trance and everything had kaleidoscope visuals laid over it. Anyway anyone else experience this? How much different did you notice mimosahuasca from traditional brew?
