Mindstate is everything literally,misery loves company. Don't allow yourself to sink into it. Sit back and think what we'll complaining or being miserable get me? Usually more bullshit that solves nothing and something no one starts to notice the effects on the body until it's too late or they apply the teachings. He's a great example for me and my family of 5 includes a newborn of almost 2 months, being evicted with no leads on a place to go along with my family is a dog that has counted on me since birth, work not going super awesome lately rather just not drag it on and with everything going on I should be bitching up a storm, complaining daily but what is that gonna get me in the long run? Nothing I want or good for me, if I started this bitch fest and complained daily I can tell you first hand that id be feeling like death my entire body would hurt beyond words could imagine, stress would be most of my body and I'd feel like I'm becoming stiff and shriveling up, my mindstate would be a wreck I would somehow manage to pull it off but I know I wouldn't be able to properly connect a thought and be scattered brained. I'm dealing with what I can change first and foremost above all I can't change the current living situation but I can continue to work and save every penny I get(speaking off anyone wanna help or has a few dollars they could throw us it would be much appreciated cashapp is $kratoxes /if anyone does help please send me a message on here or discord it might not be much but I'll be creating a kratoxes original on a wooden heart dmt world inspired and giving as a thank you for helping us out during a very inconvenient time for us). I can focus on the few positives instead of all the negatives and it can literally make the world of a difference in your day.its like the old saying it takes less muscles to smile then it does to frown. In these dark days we in this community need to be the shining lights for those that have been dimmed even if its our own that was dimmed shine bright until you can shine even brighter again. Thanks for reading my rant on negative outlooks and complaining. As always may your adventures be grand!!
