View MoreI can chime in, but take this with a grain of salt, as there are likely a lot of differences between what I have experienced, and what you or someone else would experience, especially given that my route of administration, titration, and individual chemistry and background are different than yours. I just don't want to give you or anyone else misinformation. What I can do is tell you about my experience with ketamine. I have been on roughly 20-30 intense ketamine trips, all were under medical supervision. I think this form of ketamine I'm given is slightly different than esketamine, and I have not yet tried the nasal spray form as of yet. The sort I have been under comes through an IV needle, and is combined with other drugs such as lidocaine, to help me not feel my body, even through the ket. Ondansetron, so I don't feel intense nausea, and few other things to help protect my body. For me personally, which they admit is atypical, I go very deep, some may consider this a K-Hole. I feel like I disconnect from my body so that I am like a spirit in that state. What I do in there is fly through my inner self to find answers and access lost things. In the beginning, I could not do this. I got overwhelmed and had a few less than pleasant experiences, but I do not regret them. I eventually began to be able to "surf" through this space and then to fly and navigate it. Eventually I came to a great stone door inside myself, and since I opened it and went inside, I have been back through that same gate each time I go back to that space. Each time I go and come back I feel a little better. On one trip I remember feeling like I met the spirits of my grandmothers, who I miss terribly. Another trip I was shown what total disconnection from others, and any reality but where I was felt like, not good. I have felt like I took too much and I was dying several times and believed it, and that made me glad to be alive. I have flown through a place of light, to touch my own spark. I have been crushed between the sedimentary layers despair. The experience can be different each time, depending on how your brain reacts with the molecules and what you are there for. Higher doses are intense. As for how it feels, at first there is a pleasant body high, and I feel lighter and lighter. Eventually it becomes too difficult to keep my eyes open, I get double vision at that point, and after that I feel separated from my body, and I will start to see a different reality, and then is when I'm in a different and vast space where time stretches out forever. I have only ever met one other entity in this space, and that was Ketamine itself. It did not manifest a form, it only let me know it was there. I go back when I feel like it's time. That is how I go on all of my journeys. I hope that helps and remember YMMV, and probably will. I can't tell you exactly how esketamine is, because I am yet to experience it, but this is a general snippit of what my experience has been like with these specific conditions and circumstances. Lastly, Ketamine could never replace the other magical molecules that heal. I am glad that I have been on these journeys. I will go on more in the future, I am sure, but, it is just one tool in the box. <3 Mush love

Only done heroin once in fact and it was on accident. Our heroin addict friend snorted a little bit of the sketchy opiate powder we had just bought and he said "it's good shit, not heroin". But seeing as I was sick as a dog and threw up for the next two days I think he was lying and just wanted to see how it affected me on the 200 mg of Adderall I was on at the time. THAT was my downfall. Wasted so many years spinning my wheels and frying my brain on that shit. Thought when I kicked it cold turkey for a year and a half I could go back on no problem; and mix it with everything under the sun (primarily alcohol weed and benzos) but seeing as I spent the better portion of two years broke, depressed, anxious, and barely leaving my dad's basement except to go to the bar to bum drinks and drugs or steal 4 locos from the gas station, that was not the case. The problem is I'm an alcoholic and a drug addict. And that doesn't mean I have a problem with drugs or alcohol, it means I have a problem with SELF! A big one. That's what I've learned recently. It breaks my heart it even led me to abuse psychedelics by doing them just to get whatever sort of "different " feeling and mixing them with whatever bs other substances I had on hand and having a shitty, counterproductive time. Because as we all know they save lives (or at least add tremendously to the quality of them) when used responsibly. So I'm on time out from any and all mind altering compounds for today. And the goal is to wake up and make that decision every day for the indefinite future. Cause as I'm sure you know it's overwhelming to say "never again". One day at a time is better. Also cause you never know Jesus might descend from the sky in a rain of mushrooms and say "take of these and eat!" Ahahaha! Till that day imma be sober. And I'm feeling better every day in the meantime.
