If you popped the lid, fruiting has already been initiated. How is the smell? If it smells foul, it's likely contaminated. What's your room temp like? If it's too cold, it could have slowed the growth. 72-77 degrees works well for me. 20 days should have been more than enough time to fully coloniz... View More
Smell is fine, no signs of contamination so far, temperature is fine, the only thing I have noticed there is a quite amount of water on the bottom of the monotub between monotub and liner bag also mycelium is pointing up, I've read somewhere it's sing of to little oxygen, never had this situation be...
