I was anxious when I started the breath work class. Checking in late, not knowing how to make a zoom call, dialing up a number to get connected sketched me out a bit, meeting people I had never met before. And then when asked to tell a little about myself, I got nervous. I didn't know if I should be discreet or share my name and details about myself. All these thoughts got me filled with anxiety.
So when I started the breathwork, I had to flush out all the distracting thoughts in my head. When ...

So I’ve had a little bit of anxiety about going into the realm again. But that calling is so strong and I chickened out the last time. So this time it was calling me even more. I had a elevated heart rate. I wanted to lower it and relax before I blast off. So after I prayed I started off focused on using this to benefit me spiritually, mentally, and in my life. I began by meditating and deep breathing. Then began using a simple “Om” or “Aum” mantra.
After probably 20-25 minutes of this I start...

the ego is the most fucked up concept ever
it makes you feel so big (and sometimes so small), like the whole universe is just your own self, your life, you, you, you, how people perceive you, what you think, what they think about you, what you you you you
in an atmosphere of separation, coming out of the closet is about simply connecting, which should be a human right

I noticed that a lot of people take trips while watching TV being around others or just for fun or to escape a painful or less than fulfilling life, but I have personally found a way to do real personal work and powerful change work in my life. The most powerful process I've ever found is to spend 3 weeks or more with no media inputs whatsoever lots of solitude. And the reason for this is that most of the thoughts bouncing around in her head are not even our own and when everything that's coming...

After spending the day resting and getting to know my new soul family of people who just yesterday I feared even conversing with, it was time for the second ceremony. By this point the rituals that initiated the journey were just a natural occurence, as if I had witnessed them performed hundreds of times. I felt peaceful, yet somehow apprehensive due to the intensity of the previous night's lessons.
I meditated again after taking the first drink, and soon enough I was taken over by the familiar...

This was one of my most memorable acid trips. I don't partake in lsd very often, but when I do, more often than not it is with my cousin up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. However, this experience was very unexpected. My friend and I went up to Colorado to see Tash Sultana live at the Red Rocks, and I had mentioned to him that we might be able to hangout with my wonderful cousin, the person responsible for getting me on the rainbow path in the first place. We had a wonderful time at the Red ...

A few days ago, I woke up early in the morning feeling energetic and happy. I smoked some cannabis, did some meditation to gongs, chimes, and stretched with a yoga routine. Everything just flowed together in a stream that eventually led me to the lake. Feeling adventurous, I decided to hike a new trail to find that perfect spot. Within ten minutes of walking, I had already seen a large variety of birds including a beautiful crane, and even a small sparrow that had nested alonside the trail. I wa...

I ate 3 hits of acid last night, same shit as last time, very good stuff. At first I was relaxing in my special room, blacklight on and listening to Floyd on vinyl. After pipers and animals I was peaking and feeling fucking incredible. But I didn't want to listen to any longer. Instead I turned on my Bluetooth headphones, took off my bandanna for a blindfold and shut off the blacklight. I kayed in complete darkness, listening to a meditation medley that was live streaming on YouTube. I have no w...

As the process continues of expanding consciousness, understanding what it is and how/where we fit in...I'm happy to share my thoughts on multiple experiences. Most recently, the journey to silence my thoughts and delve deeper into metacognition has been transformed by floating (sensory deprivation). I have now floated a total of 20 times since 2015 and wish for every person to experience the benefits this proven therapy has to offer. The dentist for which I was named after, was once a part of t...
