That was the realization i had a couple years ago when i stopped going on Facebook. I just happened to notice that going on there and reading so much that hardly even existed within my reality was effecting my emotional state and frankly was huge waste of my time. Feels freeing to stay away.
I remember in my advertisement class I watched that old ad. Made me feel very cheerful until I realized it is just another marketing ploy. That also includes the "be less white" propaganda. It is all about money in the end.
