You could just mix them frozen with some koriander and some cream in a pacojet and you would get some delicious magic mushroom ice cream 1f600.png

Or take 700ml mushroome tea and 7g agar agar, cook it 4 minutes and let it get cold and hard. Mixx it, stroke it through a sieve and you have some magic gel. For a hyperspace carpaccio or something xD

Can’t remember who sent me shiitake culture but it was a dud. No contam no nothing. I received when I didn’t know any better, now I’m positive it’s just water I was sent. Those look great! As a chef, what would hike say are the most in demand mushrooms for five star cuisine?
