Luke_Skywalker gotta get a microSD card and move all the stuff that is 12 months old or older to the microSD to free up space! LOL I use El Cheapo phones because I break them pretty regularly at work. The SD card helps keep me backed up

I also fall off the wagon of breath work Luke_Skywalker on my phone because I'm easily distracted with pictures and messages. And breathwork only seems to come into play when I'm scared or anxious and I need to calm down. I'm gonna check out some of these suggestions of Shaboy.

Unfortunately no it would not have.If in the middle of the night a man wakes up to find that an individual has broken into their home with the intention of harming his wife and his children meeting that individuals anger, contempt and cruelty with sympathy,compassion and kindness is going to keep your family safe and from being harmed.I'll let you answer that one for yourself.Im 52 my mother is now 80 as of yesterday she's 85% blind and im alive 2day only by the grace and mercy of God and because she never gave up on me I spent most of my youth doing and living a life style that was evil and wrong but she never stopped loving me or gave up on me she lost so much because of that friendships jobs her vision from years of undiagnosed diabetes and high blood pressure which I'm sure dealing with my life style played a huge role in that now she lives with me and im her primary care giver I spend every day trying to make hers the best and most comfortable.If I wake up 2nite with someone who has broken in with the possibility and intention of harming her I'm ending their existence in millisecond and im not going to lose a minutes sleep over it. Let's try another scenario some people have that one friendship maybe one that they've had for years and years and they're very loyal to that person but that person has the ability to keep bringing you down time and time again and you have shown them compassion and love and sympathy over and over unfortunately sometimes you need to tell them and please excuse my French on this one but they need to go fuck themselves most people would say oh you turned your back on them no you didn't your loyalty to them is still absolute it's just because of that loyalty you had to say enough is enough and that may be the thing that finally breaks thru to them but it may not be but you can't worry about that anymore. Unfortunately my friend we live in a world where truly bad and evil people exist and they prey on the weak and old and the helpless they possess no morality at all only malice and hatred some even thrive on inflicting pain and suffering showing them sympathy,compassion and kindness will change nothing it will not keep those they prey on safe they must be met with force and with anger because that's the only thing they are capable of understanding but remember this is where the virtue comes from because you are willing to use force and anger towards them you are then allowing their prey to be shown sympathy and compassion and kindness.A truly good man has to have the ability and propensity to be violent and dangerous but also have the self control to use it when only absolutely necessary that's where the virtue is created but it's not just with that I personally know and have people in my life that well just can't get their shit together other people even their own families operate under that pretense that if we just keep being sympathetic and compassionate and we love them they're eventually going to change good luck with that and before you get ready to show me how wrong I am on this matter I was that person if you showed me sympathy and compassion and kindness I was going to use that and take everything from you what I needed was to be humbled and to really humble someone you have to be pissed off to be angry sympathy and compassion can be the driving force behind it but you can't let them see that at the time there is absolutely nothing wrong with anger and contempt it's what you do with them that can become problematic that can keep perpetuating the cycle you speak of you have to learn when it's truly necessary to be sympathetic and compassionate and when it's time to hand out an ass beating. Never anywhere does it say that to show and exude true love for someone that you can't display or show them anger or use force. like I said before unfortunately Mr.Josey Wales we live in a world where you can't always whistle Dixie sometimes you have to pull those pistols and use them.
