Trip Reports
Its 12 June 16.00 Japan standard time or 09.00 EST I get up from bed. Time to prepare for a breathwork session with @Shaboy. Been looking forward to this day for quite a while. We met onetime before online and we had such a good vibe going on, so I was absolutely excited to go on this journey with him. I’ve done this Circa breath session on Spotify before that he suggested and was astonished by the effects. It’s a supported breathwork, where you inhale on the suggested count, like a 4 count, 2 count and then 1 count and then you have to hold in. At a certain point I started hallucinating and saw this warrior type appear before me. It was a very profound experience and to get such vivid visuals from breathing was something I didn’t expect. Needless to say I was therefore looking forward to the session with Shaboy. What might be a good thing to know is that yesterday I did a Melmac session of 3,5 grams. It was quite the ride and I will probably post a report on that as well, but what’s good to realize is that I was at peace today. Had some crazy weeks at work and it was just a reset you know, and I had such amazing realizations, it was mind blowing. It’s funny how you can lose yourself so easily in the stress. So in the afterglow I cleaned for 2 hours straight. Got my shit together. With this vibe I’m going into the session.I’m looking at the instructions Shaboy sent me and start to prepare for the journey ahead. I lay my yoga mat on floor, put a singing bowl on the top side, lavender flowers on one side and a nice green crystal on the other. I eat an apple and some nuts, do some stretches and meditation and at 10.00 call in. I’m greeted with a big smile on the other side of the screen :) such a beautiful soul! After a little chat on our day I told about the Melmac experience. Having two of these sessions in a row could make the breathwork less visual, but going in with a peaceful state rather than the chaotic state I was in before the Melmac felt good. The breathwork contains of 4 parts with respect to intensity. There is music to guide you and the idea is that throughout the whole session you breath circular. Depending on the speed of the music you go with the flow and just let everything go as it comes, sighing, crying, screaming it’s all good. We do a little warm up to get the lungs to full capacity and next it’s time to go in and I lie down on the floor. The music starts and I start to gently breath in and out, focusing on breathing in waves, into the belly, into the chest and let go and repeat. It doesn’t take long before my fingers start to cramp up. We keep on breathing and as the tempo increase I’m starting to make more and more sounds and I’m screaming out load which turns into crying. While crying I try to come back to the breathing and I feel lighter after the cry as we continue with the session. After a calm part the music starts to increase again and I’m trying to increase the tempo again, my throat is a bit dry from all the mouth breathing and moaning and I’m coughing now so I try to adapt my breathing and I remind myself, I am not this body, I am not even the mind and regain focus on the breath again. In out in out, I’m in the vibe again. The tempo is very rapid tempo now and I start to see the outlines of this powerful woman I’ve seen before in a DMT trip, she looks most like the woman from a Samaya mix: https://youtu.be/VNP0-Tb9big, see picture. My body is starting to glow and I see these energy lines in the shape of infinity sign. Wow! This is crazy! I have a smile on my face at this point, it’s beautiful.Next a calm piece comes, where I’m thinking to myself if it’s the cool down, but I already hear the buildup in the music. We are going in for some heavy banging! The beat goes up and I’m following with the breath. Here come the tears again. Keep on breathing. As the crying decreases a serene feeling comes over me. At a certain point I connected my breath with body movements. I felt like a snake and as I was bouncing on the floor the tingling of my hands became wavy as well. The music calms down and with a nice outro its silent. I take a big breath in and hold it as long as possible and on the out I do it as well. There is a honeycomb pattern emerging in my eyes, which I can still see after I opened them. Wow what a ride! It was about a 80 minute session and it flew by in no time. It was absolutely beautiful. It felt like I’ve lost 10 pounds, I’m completely relaxed, re-energized and my body was feeling wonderful. I get up and thank Shaboy, again bro what a beautiful experience! After sharing the experience he asks if I ever write reports and I tell him I hardly ever do it because I’m always having difficulties remembering, especially trips. He advices me to do so, as by doing so you learn your brain to start remembering and writing reports can create a map of your unconsciousness over time. So I started writing right away and reading back I’m actually happy how much I can remember :) as we are talking, the dogs start to bark at Shaboy’s place and a small earthquake is happening over there. Next the screen starts to shake vigorously and I’m like holy shit is everything ok?! It was Shaboy shaking the laptop, we laughed so hard, you got me good bro! It was a lovely end to an amazing session and I cannot thank you enough for it! Needless to say, I can highly recommend a session with Shaboy. He is an amazing guide and such a wise person, he really makes you feel safe and comfortable letting go. I of course cannot tell what it will bring you, but you will have an extraordinary experience no doubt.Shaboy suggested to make a donation to a charity for this session (I already told you, beautiful giving back like that man!) and since we met each other here on DW and this place is making beautiful things happen, the donation went to DW. Thanks for reading, mush love ❤️
