Do you prep your box before using it or do you just go for it? When I used a SAB I would clean the surface its on and set it and spray isopropyl inside and let it sit for a few minutes before bringing anything in. I would trust a SAB before the oven. Unless you know you have a very clean oven.

Dear mycologists do u store your agar plates in the fridge after pouring and letting cool down or do you store it at room temperature?

I store at room temperature for one week. After that I toss any contamed cups and use what's clean. Hope this helps! Also if you don't have a cold storage you can keep Agar going for awhile, just be sure to make multiple transfers and keep it going! Once you are done with a strain or what not you wo... View More

What do y'all think about journeying when sick? I'm in quarantine rn but my symptoms are really weak, just some coughing. I'm bored and wanny trip, good or bad idea?

I would say bad. But could be good. I think sometimes psychedelics can magnify symptoms or make you hyper aware of them. But if you feel much better then I'm sure you would be fine.
Generally not the best idea. But I don't think tripping out of boredom is the best idea either. I tend to try to keep trips ceremonial.
It's not that I only want to trip because I'm bored. I already planned it before I became sick. I feel really good and active. I once tripped sick on acid. Let me tell u it was a horrible time.
But this time I feel way more clear in my head and I'm really looking up for mushy ceremony.

It's just a mutant fruit. Happens all the time. That's how people develop all the different cubensis varieties. It's still good to eat. But you could clone and do some work to make a full tub of those.
