Hot water jar on top of your stack...if you got cash and have a flowhood you can just leave your tops off and cool in the sterile air...mushroom goals my friend

I dont place upside down. I pour around 120-100 degrees. I stack my dishes and let them sit without parafilm until the condensation goes away.
