Wouldn't eat em obviously without being absolutely sure, but check for bruising and see if you can get a print. Those are pretty good indicators.

Hey mark. If you join a group you'd be more likely to get a response. Try looking up shroomin in groups. Sterilize everything and patients is key. Doesn't look bad. Good luck

I see a lot of people using it in addition to dosing mushies but outside of here I'd never even heard of it as a supplement. It looks like I could just buy it online somewhere. I should be able to start micro dosing in a little over a month from now. Pretty excited.
