11 days since inoculation and mix with bag left standing and expanded with no growth. 2 days ago I added 1 CC more multi-spore, rolled the bag tight and put it in a dark tote. I can now see the growth coming from many locations which says the knock and the mix at the time was good but the bag being left standing and fully expanded i think kept it from colonizing in the first week like the other bag did. Your thoughts?
