Yeah, i only use 500 ml of water, but I can reduce my time to 45 minutes. I'm willing to try anything at this point. I've been trying for 2 months and feel like a failure! I can't get SHIT to grow!

Inoculation of grain from a spore syringe is risky business to start with. Continue your growth with 30%, 60%, and 90% colonization shakes.
