View MoreIdk if this will help anyone else but something that has helped me lately is realizing that a very important key to my happiness is to take joy from the simple things in life, such as the sound/sight of the breeze going through the trees, or such as the sound of the creek rushing after a hard rain, or even something more ordinary like eating food and nourishing myself. I feel that if I can take joy from these simple things, then I don’t really need to rely on anything else to fill that void in my life, whether that be a type of drug or anything else that I would need to seek out. I have been practicing this way of life for a couple days now and I feel way more centered and at peace than usual.

Me and him have both dealt with addiction, even having recent relapses. But we are so proud of eachother for just trying our best to keep our spirits up and not giving up hope. About 12 years ago me and my uncle and aunt woke up to my 16 year old cousin dead from an accidental overdose. Every time I think of my cousin, I remember how her smile warmed my heart. Her life was a gift to all who knew and loved her. All this makes me think how precious a gift life is.
I think this Universe is a precious and beautiful gift from a divine source.

I believe that the Creator loves all. And yet I have problems with the way I am and with the way the world is in some ways too. So I am on a journey to heal myself and to help heal the World too. And I think psychedelics are part of this healing process.
