And remember kids. When microdosing and then doing a regular dose you need to take 1-2 weeks off from microdosing again otherwise you are just pissing into the wind and wasting mushrooms or LSD.

LSD and mushrooms use most of the same receptors so yeah there is always going to be a cross tolerance. I do the one day on, 2 days off regimen. Seems to keep my tolerance pretty much nonexistent. I don't take any more time than a couple days off from the microdose before a macro -_O_-
