I use a capsule machine. My most popular combination is MM, Lions Mane, and Turmeric. 125mg each. They are all nootropic, the turmeric is also anti inflammatory. I tell folks to take them MTW and not the rest of the week.

I to relate to this post. I didn't want to Hero again right away until I fully integrated from my Maz experience. I'm ready to dive back in, however, I have to set time and space to do so as well. What I have been doing is microdosing 1g tea once a week on my Maz or JMF varieties. Stronger variety o... View More
Interesting ChernobylMyco! I will try the same approach for a while. Started with a miniscule dose this morning (0.12g ground up in lemon) and will experiment with small doses until I have more time and headspace for the bigger doses. I do love getting my butt kicked sometimes, but as JohnFlippingDo... View More

My tears always come from a revelation of hidden truth. As if the frames of perception themselves liquidate out of my eyes so I can see clearly again. This story made me cry the first time I read it i

Let me start out this trip report by asking myself why I feel a need to share my experience on an online forum. I feel a need to share with whoever has an interest because I feel that theese experiences were never meant to be a solo trip. I might do the tripping in solitude, but I feel a need to share the story with others to validate it. Validate it to whom? To myselt? Maybe. I wish I had the courage to create a group, or community if you like, where we could meet and discuss theese stunning experiences, be it meditation, reiki, mushrooms or other techniques. Meet each other face to face. I will grow into that courage!
As for now I am gratefull that this online forum exists. English was not my mother's tongue by the way ;)
I let 3g of dried and coarsly chopped cubensis mazatapec soak for 20min in lemon juice. Then I added hot water and honey. Enjoyed while listening to Leonard Cohen's You Want It Darker. When the record was done I went to lay down in darkness and silence. I lost the sence of time, maybe I fell a sleep for a while. Woke up to eat some and drink water. I was very dizzy, the room was spinning, a nice heavy feeling in my body. Went back to lay down. There was a short-ish period of beautiful geometric patterns. Darkness with purple and green moving and floating. Then there were a long period of streaming words. Sometimes like poems, sometimes just random loops intertwined. There was this story, that the 'I' that I am experiencing is the wish of eternity to experience time as a being that knows it will die. 'I am an I that has been given permision to look inside the existence of a human being'. To me this was a beatiful thing. My 'I' stayed intact, and I found myself wishing to experience time from the perspective of eternity. There was also a lot of internal babbling about being in love, and about doubting the choise of work that I am about to do. Then theres was a slow dizzy period of coming back down.
I drank my tea at about 4pm and came down around 9.30pm.
