After having broken and shaken it up, it has grown mostly back and i dont see any contams. If it was some bacteria or anything, i think shaking it would have spread and would now be very noticeable. Mix it with water and down it like you would a beer in beer pong lol Its going to make you sleepy. And dont drink caffeine within like 5 hours of when you are about to take it.
I take it every night. For the last 3 or 4 years minus a few days.
