Mix it with water and down it like you would a beer in beer pong lol Its going to make you sleepy. And dont drink caffeine within like 5 hours of when you are about to take it.

Quality ket can be amazing. But It can be addictive. I no a couple people who abused it and have K bladder so they have urinary incontinence. Use in moderation
