I'd say better pictures are required. it isent a magic mushroom, to me it looks like some galerina maybe marginata. I agree with Luke, more info is needed. But, just based on how they look they remind me of the Inky Caps that grow around thw base of a stump in my yard. Either works fine. Bags generally hold more grains than jars, so you can sterilize a lot more grains at one time. Jars are nice because they can be reused many times. Yea it’s a grain brother but i would not recommend using it unless in brf cakes, which I also don’t like too much so I personally stay away some rice when it comes to mushroom cultivation. that depends on your location a lot. If you don’t use feeding corn for animals it’s more expensive than rye berries here in Germany for example
