I'd say better pictures are required. it isent a magic mushroom, to me it looks like some galerina maybe marginata. Definitely what Donniebrasco1 said. A couple of tips for good pictures of fungi; always photograph the mushroom in its habitat unpicked. You also need clear pictures of the gills/pore surface/teeth to help identify, a clear picture of the stem and the top of the cap. Spore prints are going to be on... View More
