Microdosing keeps me off my antidepressants and pretty level. Macro dosing has helped me make behavioral changes and lasting breakthroughs. I agree with DBL-D. I always meditate and pray before I take my dose. I try and lower my heart rate being aware of it. Helps lessen the anxiety.
Rarely, some people will vomit. Some say is is a spiritual purge, and it may be… but I also think people who already get motion sickness sometimes vomit. Nature is my church… Idaho was a blast the snow and trees took my breathe away, as well as snowmobile ridin into a tree… lol. im okay and luckily only took out a few branches
