You can tell if they are rooted by pushing on them lightly with ur finger, if there is resistance they have shot out , if still a little wobbly, no roots.

HBWR was a overall excrusiating expereince for me but it was mentally a very good and meaningful trip. Make sure you peel the husk off the seeds and BITE down on the seeds i guess saliva helps? I cant even think about the smell without getting naseuos
