@mehguyver ive read that they really like a casing to prevent blobs. Some people like Silly Sye Ben seem to not have the issue. Might be a genetic thing that some prefer casing while others do fine without it!? Its worth a try i guess

Only time i use a casing on cubes is when they have a hard time pinning but if you hydrate your casing with sone water that has ph up solution or thriw some gardening lime in it they wont eat it up. But thanks guys there super strong

Niiiiiice That's awesome! I have a question. I've seen lots of guys do this a lot. Their monotub will be filled with water and their substrate will be floating on top like yours is in the photo. What is the purpose of doing this btw? Id like to learn some better grow techniques If possible. Thanks
