You need over proof alcohol. 24 hour soak. Then strain and let it evaporate till ML reaches amount of grams. So if u use 7 g of shrooms, you'd want it to evaporate to 7ml. 1ml=1g sheoom. Make small batches to evaporate quicker.

I believe some have had some success with pure ethanol extraction, and the subsequent evaporation to form crystals.
Boiling off the ethanol under a high vacuum might be the answer for stable crystals.
