Have you considered starting on agar and then putting your cleaned culture to the LC?

Basically 96% water to 4% kero, give or take a percent. I usally do 9.5oz water to .5oz kero. PC lightly too much and it'll change color, but still works. A magnetic stirrer is cheap and very helpful!

What are you fruiting in? Whats the tempature and humidity at? I would also recommend agar, its easy to spot contam on and you can transfer a clean peice over to a new petri dish. Once you have a clean sample growing, you can transfer a small peice to liquid culture.

Just the light experience of a vape dmt hit lay back close eyes and see family members or memories likenver before. But i understand the hallucinating part seems to scare people think theres no healing properties wich is the most misunderstood thing in the world
