Yes thats how the make them. Not sure about the 50%, but seems right. I started with those kits and many sites also give that as instruction for growing mushs. You could just grow them without any substrate, from the grain only. The verm is for extra moisture to get better yield and larger fruits. N... View More

Why such a complicated recipe? 10g agar, 7g LME and 500ml water should get it done

Sladds recommended to me that i soak a towel in peroxide (3%) and lay it over the afftected area over night. Worked like a charm. I ended up drenching a paper towel in peroxide and layed it over the whole shabang for the night, followed by a day and a half of peroxide misting to be extra sure. No mo... View More

Normally cobweb happens from moisture; however you choose to treat your sub, make sure you adjust the moisture content-air it out.
