Where did you get your spore syringe? Have you kept it in the fridge? What are you using for agar nutrition..malt extract..or ? You dont need much actually spore solution and i would probably use a regular petri dish, more surface area. Gives more opportunities to get a clean transfer. Layout some... View More

With spore i use 5 grams agar 10 grams light malt to 500ml water agar is more soft and it seems to hydrate the spores better give it a try fam and if you havent yet come join agar agar
