Don't do anything illegal. Shitakes, Reishis, Lion's Mane and many others are perfectly legal and provide quite decent margins if you can integrate the supply chain and market them. Check the prices of these mushrooms on Amazon...

I councure you should grow legal fungis and sell to restraunts at a higher margin for grown local and fresh sell in the community to keep up quality and then youll build relationships with resrunts around your area
