Maybe im using to much spore solution? Do i have to keep it stored in something specific? I heat up 10 grams agar and 7.5 lme and 500 ml boiling wter and then i mix with a fork and pressure cook for 30 mins and pour when its barely still hot then when i tea cool i inoculate ? Should i just inoculate some grain jars and then g2g transfer and skip agar? I could but then the whole poiint of agar is for the genetics right?

Where did you get your spore syringe? Have you kept it in the fridge? What are you using for agar nutrition..malt extract..or ? You dont need much actually spore solution and i would probably use a regular petri dish, more surface area. Gives more opportunities to get a clean transfer. Layout some... View More
