Food poisoning usually lasts less than a full day - you may have something else going on.
Watermelon is the best food for vomiting - it is mostly water but fills your stomach and hydrates you. If you throw it up it is easy and doesn’t burn.

Bencmcp gives great advice. I don’t enjoy small and medium doses for the exact same reason. Breakthrough doses are better. Once you take enough you stop noticing your body. I have a rig and my own extraction but i find it very difficult to ingest, I lose my breath and have to focus so i don’t feel like I’m gonna die. It’s a tough one to breakthrough on for me. Never had a cart but it sounds even more difficulty then a rig.
