Bencmcp gives great advice. I don’t enjoy small and medium doses for the exact same reason. Breakthrough doses are better. Once you take enough you stop noticing your body. Some even claim we leave it. The easiest and fastest method for a breakthrough is freebase. Pens are hard to break through on. ... View More

I have a rig and my own extraction but i find it very difficult to ingest, I lose my breath and have to focus so i don’t feel like I’m gonna die. It’s a tough one to breakthrough on for me. Never had a cart but it sounds even more difficulty then a rig.
