If you combine it with Mugwort it will. Blue Lotus just makes me really relaxed and sleepy. When I combined the two I slept sound enough to stay asleep and not jump out of the dreams. Only with enhanced leaf in combination with Passion flower. Was the trip with the most beautifull bleu visuals and an asian vibe. Magnicifant herb for sure.
