Agreed, perhaps I have built up a tolerance over the years ... but I always tell people you can't go wrong with an eighth (3.5 grams). Sometimes I take even more. If you combine it with Mugwort it will. Blue Lotus just makes me really relaxed and sleepy. When I combined the two I slept sound enough to stay asleep and not jump out of the dreams.
