Are you talking about the technique which finds and releases stuck emotions and trauma in the body.....my soma class does something similar to this.

Thanks for sharing, is there any name of a type of plastic on there? If I'd have to guess its likely polypropyleen, Polyethylene or PET, and if true these are not plastics that are resistant to xylene.
