Meditation is wonderful. I am curious. What experiences you had that freaked you out. Im assuming since you posted in this group that you are not simply meditating. You are attempting to cultivate siddhis?

Well, in part meditation, in part astral projection.

ke_neil_we - are you able to easily get to the Dream Pools? Do you just keep it visualised when in a ‘state’?
I haven't tried yet, but I'm optimistic. I'll start with watching that video before I go to bed or put it on for about 1.5hr into sleep/dream phase. And also visualise the imagery and perhaps the specs too, while in meditation
