Hered that agar should be pressure cooked at 15psi? My small pressure cooker has only 7 psi, do i just cook it for longer or is it important to get those 15psi?

Thanks, but what is the science behind it? I understand grain to penetrate all the way through but it looks like agar is Still boiling when i take it out.... isn’t boiling enough to kill everything in there?
