For those that use modified monotubs. Do you orefer to use pollyfill or micropore tape for FAE? And why?

Micropore. Its more exact than “rolling up a good sized ball”

Micropore. You can adjust the fae easily and more precisely by adding or taking away layers of tape

Micropore for same reason as everone else. Easier to adjust fae and seems cleaner at preventing outside contams

Personally my top holes get 1 layer then the bottom gets two layers that only overlap halfway if that makes sense. So like 1/4 of the top of the hole is 1 layer, middle 1/2 is two layers and bottom 1/4 is one layer.

My plates, have a nix of A2A, G2A, MSS2A. Theyre all looking good imo. 18 out of 20 made it only 2 contamed and that was from a PE swab. Ivdme never successfully used a swab without contaminating.

I agree with Donniebrasco1 thats also my favorite method with swabs. I usually do 3 plates at a time and safe the rest of the swab for later use
