Do you have any patterns when it happens? Going outside, watch TV, smoke a joint, stand up, whatever? Sleep paralysis?

I have, they did not find anything worth noting. Sleep studies as well to monitor over time. As for patterns the only thing that i know brings on that type of feeling for me is stress and i have some minor heart issues that could contribute.
