While they have slowed down any tips for dealing with them myself would be very appreciated, most doctors just want to run more tests and not offer any solutions as it is a very sporadic thing and my base being doesnt show epilectic type activity. Mush love and thank you all, i just had one last night and lost all motor function for a long while. Just looking for anything i can do to prevent these spells when they set in.

Any specific microclimates for a forest environment? Mid US zone 5-6, lots of pine litter and decaying hardwood around. Looking for guidance on what the bests way to mass innoculate is outside, grains to sub and litter outside or plugs into hard wood?
