How do you weigh your dose in milligrams?
I have two digital scales and neither one has a milligram option.

Micro dosing isnt milli grams you yuse tenths. If you scale show 0.0 you’re good.

For instance I micro-dose .3 grams every four days. My wife micro-doses .2 grams every other day.

People do many things here. DMT for example, you need more accuracy and resolution. A dose may be for example 50 mg (0.05 g)
