I usually do a T1 for Jedis. Then clone to Agar for more tranfers! You are going to have so much fun with this strain! Please update me with those monster pics!
JNinja77 I'm look forward to have a big comeback. The Reishei was just a sign that I need to keep pushing myself and love doing what I do. I'm making some tea right now. Very excited to try it with some honey to sweeten it. Now I have a beneficial Mushroom that will help me stay healthy and well.
Has anyone tried this in their substrate? It works wonders in liquid culture!

I use it in my agar. But I would agree about the smell not being the greatest. Also I would guess that you would need to PC the Sub.

I recently switched the plastic lids for canning works great tired of rust and this way I only need to do one hole per jar with some micropore tape just use the one hole as your injector hole retape after use works fine for PC and grain
