I recently switched the plastic lids for canning works great tired of rust and this way I only need to do one hole per jar with some micropore tape just use the one hole as your injector hole retape after use works fine for PC and grain

I ordered plastic lids from Walmart, and in the description they were supposed to be leak proof, not. Culture contaminated. I believe if I actually got leak proof, they would have worked! Just experiencing ; )
