You can harvest once the veil has formed and begins to tear and any time after is torn. For a print you wasnt to wait an extra 12-24 hours after the veil separates. Thats what i figured just thought it was strange that after a week the myc is still thriving and looks healthy and the green has no mold characteristics other than color.
