i cut them off and use it to make extracts.. i try to throw away as little as possible

Extract experiments is a good idea! I try waste as little as possible also, and thats a perfect use for something i would normally throw in the trash. Thanks bro.

I just rub it off with my finger after its dehydrated. It comes right off. On the tougher pieces i just break it off before weighing.

I tried after it was dehydrated before and its like the sub had embedded itself into the mushrooms tissue. I had to use a wire brush and stuff
