Just non ionized table salt not sure what brand. Seen a pull recently off primebark half kilo first pull was 8.5g light yellow not much fats in it for a stb. if u new to it i suggest not to do the whole kilo in one round, i broke 2jars of 500g in the past, one time bc of the temp was way different and one time bc of the pressure
