Where you feel it....you nose, throat, mouth, lungs, belly....just focus on the feeling of inhaling and exhaling. When your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to your breath. Its difficult at first, but its natural and perfectly fine for your mind to wander, but the act of attuning your focus on your beathing will get easier. You will notice immediate benefits after only 5-10 of deep breathing w/ mindfulness.
