In my experience 1 cartridge has something like 20 breakthrough doses in it. Maybe a bit more, maybe a bit less depending upon bodyweight, sensitivity, and tolerance...

I normally blend it 1g to 3cc of juice if I give it to a friend. My personal I go with 2cc of juice.
