Drying mushys my dehydrator doesnt have a temp setting. Kind of seeing mixed reviews if to use or not.

Ive used silica dehydrater packs and laid the mushrooms in cardboard boxes and the dehydrator packs did all the work and the mush are preserved so well. Ill never use a dehydrator again.

I fan dry mine for 2-3 days after that silica packets take them the rest of the way to cracker dry i dont really use a dehydrator

Depends on the temp and size. I know this dehydrator, pretty sure the 1 temp setting is fine.

Started since they said couldnt get bark into the states distributing location. But have heard they just been taking everyones money now. I have not tried to order recently so not sure its 100% true. If someone recently ordered and received chime in

I use a cereal mill. Can turn chips to powder in no time. Half kg in a few minutes. Just make sure you don't run it too long or it'll burn up the bark.

Ya using a ninja found at goodwill a small one. Thought i burned it up doing it to long but after cooled down its working again. Amazes me the blades were still sharp and not chewed up. Usually have powdered mimosa but wanted to try acacia and could only get it in small chunks
