Adding wet grinder to make my own cacao bars. I've been taking raw nibs for health, but want to phase out coffee and hot cacao and vanilla bean wet ground together is nice!

I can agree JoseyWales especially when I'm microdosing I appreciate a good dark roast or some strong espresso.

My favorite "daily cup" is Café Bustelo... I like to make it in my Bunn with a level Tbsp per cup of h2o. But you can't brew a whole pot like that otherwise it will wash overtop of the filter and you'll have grit in your teeth... I don't mind tho. I eat dirt for a living... lol
