Whats the best settings for an inkbird controler? Can you over water/fog shrooms?

So far it is good, but time may be the true test.

I don't think you can over fog as long as it doesn't condensate into puddles. I set my humidistat to control my exhaust fan, it pumps it from 99% down to about 65% (about 8 seconds) then I let it fog up to 99% in about 1 minute.
